Delete Your ServicePay Account

Use this page to request closure of your ServicePay account or ask us to handle specific personal data. Your request is reviewed securely by ServicePay Support.

Important: Do not enter your password, transaction PIN, OTP, BVN, NIN, identity document or any other secret on this page.

Delete your account

Account deletion is irreversible after approval. We will verify the request before taking action.

Request specific data

Ask to access, correct, port or object to processing of specific personal data without requesting account closure.

What happens next

  1. We create a unique reference ID and send confirmation to the email address you provide.
  2. ServicePay Support verifies the request and may contact you through your registered details. We will never ask for your password, PIN or OTP.
  3. Approved account deletion disables account access and removes or anonymizes eligible personal information.
  4. We retain information required for legal, regulatory, financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution and audit purposes. Transaction, wallet, payment, KYC and other evidence is not automatically deleted.
